I agree with LBB... if the sun's rays were shorter, the image would be much better balanced, and let the flower be the focus of the image.

Too bright and Edelweiss, as stated in the name, is white and the shape of it isn't right even from the back. An easy way to avoid these mistakes is to Google the subject you are about to draw so that you don't make silly mistakes like that - really all you need to do is rename it and all these problems will disappear... too bright anyway.

Yes ! I love how you play with the linework
( the curly clouds & the wavy sun rays ) and patterns ( the strawberry seed pattern on the main mountain and the Ka-Pow color stripes ). All the intensity seems to reflect the love being shared between the flower and the little one. I really like the flower's leaf over the little one's shoulder. Great work ! |
