I love the illustrations but not the font...in fact, I think it would work pretty well without the words at all.

I love the idea - very funny. It might have more impact if you made the yellow more masculine and the red more feminine...just a little or it could be overblown.

zipperking on May 10 '07 thank you for all the comments, as far as the text goes, it doesn't HAVE to be there, but I chose the font to be very plain and "institutional" for a reason.

Can we please not have the text!
I haven't bought the 'I Heart Color' T for the same reason. It's spelled differently over here in England. I don't want a thousand people coming up to me telling me my T-shirt is wrong. Sorry to be pedantic, but I love the design, and I think it works just as well without the text. |

without the text, it would look like a mastercar on the wall

the baby looks kind of triumphant lol... and i'd go without the goatee on blue, it looks like he's screaming really weirdly at first glance.

this is the same thing as 'you've got some 'splaining to do' only with colors. and personally i think that the milk is funnier.

wow. it took me a long time to get it really. I didn't get that purple was a baby because it was the same size as the blue one in the bubble. i do like the idea though

I don't know if the blue fellow is even necessary, particularly in light of the confusion with the purple baby being the same size and all. The design definitely still works without it- but then it would be VERY much like "You've got some 'splaning to do. I like the text.

FUNNY! Don't know about the text, maybe a little work along lines of above comments -- perhaps change the parent's colors to blue and red and baby is orange and "other guy" is yellow (if you follow me) so the color theory box doesn't look like mastercard logo, which is what I saw at first glance.

To avoid the whole mastercard fiasco, you could just reverse it: orange baby, yellow dad in the thought bubble, blue and red on the wall. etc.

This is the Mastercard Logo... some hidden advertisement? Use other colors and I like it..

the words distracted me from the infidelity thing. i thought it was some esoteric color theory joke. everybody knows yellow+red = orange, but they might not know what "color theory" is.
