I like it without the coffee reference since I dont like coffee myself, however the title does imply a coffee factor. I agree a mug would be the best solution.
However you have to keep in the same awesome style you've used for this alarming and unique character.
I still give it $5 as it is.

Oh and I think the coloured version has a nice impact to it. Bring out your attention to detail.
