Freakin awesome!! Whoever did the warp on the scoreboard did a great job. I remember how it looked before... and this is 10 times better!

FRICKINAWESOME on May 08 '07 Thanks everyone for the comments so far (or in elwood's case, his comments before)! The way the collab went was this: 1. Flying Mouse made the basketball player with the bomb and came up with a most creative image and concept. 2. FRICKINAWESOME came up with the idea of a scoreboard counting down from :03 behind the player and to put it in red. 3. Lunchboxbrain did a most excellent job of making the scoreboard for the sub. 4. After a few musings by in the critiques section, Flying Mouse gave the scoreboard that inspiring extreme warp that tied the image and idea together perfectly. Hence the three-way collab was hatched and completed! We thought since the Threadless world has little to no tees demonstrating sports, this would be a very artistic way of incorporating a lil' B-Ball 'round these parts. All further critiques and comments welcome...
PS- I really like the lower side placement the best. |

good collab guys, gets a high score from me, not that I would wear it, not my style but its good work nonetheless. Tell me, how do I get ideas I have over to you folks as I have some and maybe you will think they are good enough to work on....

This turned out great! Glad I was able to be a part of this collab with Frickin and FM. I think the big lower tee placement is definitely the way to go. Needless to say, it gets a $5 from me.

i wouldn't wear it myself (cause I'm not a sports person) but it's seriously the greatest sport related shirt I've ever seen!!! LOVE the score board warp!

Soccerref, the sport shirt is something new for Threadless. I'm not really sure what Threadless thinking about this kind of shirt. Maybe will have another sport sub, just depend. Thanks for all comments so far:) |

ok, it's been said, but- nice use of the Warp effect.
I can imagine this w/a regular scoreboard, it wouldn't be nearly as interesting. this really adds alot to the drama. cool, you guys! |

WOOOOOOOOOOOW! This has come a long way since I first saw it in the critiques. I thought it was good before, but I love the warped scoreboard stuff. It reminds me of those old B&W movies where the screen has, like, flying clocks and flashbacks going on behind the actor who's sweating bullets. That really gives the shirt an imperative to hurry the F*** up! Love IT! (but i'm not into sports) 555

I am really starting to lose faith in the system here. Something needs to be done. The only explanation I can think of is that people are just hitting 0 all the time when they wouldn't buy something, instead of considering it and rewarding the good design or good concept, or whatever. Is there some way of stopping people doing this, or of encouraging them to use a more reasonable scoring system? |

i give things $5s if it's a nice design/i would wear it/the person put a lot of effort into it/the colors are awesome that's why my average is so high. i'm almost (almost) too nice. there should be more ppl like me! |
