I like it much better with the superman colors with the bat in it, the batman colors make it just look like someone tried to draw a bat symbol but forgot how it looked in the comics :)

My original Idea was to do the Superman colors on the blue, and I agree completely that the black and gold looks like a.) supergirl (from the later series) and b.) someone who doesn't really know that the bat symbol is supposed to be inside of a circle.
My personal favorite is the blue with the red and yellow. I do appreciate the comments, too. |

SUH-WEET. I am totally in on the blue shirt. Batman kicks @$$, specifically Superman's. However I do think that the s-sheild is a little too pointed on the bottom... it needs to be shallower if you know what I mean. Also the red outline could be a little thicker.

i love it as either the superman colours or the batman colours (personally more the batman)
plus that way it could be like the more pro superman people vs. the more pro batman people and could be like "oh look they're wearing the superman one, pff" or "hey check out that dude in the batman, pff" but in a cool way |

FRICKINAWESOME on May 04 '07 It's actually a not so pleasant idea that you have executed surprisingly nifty on the superman colors and blue shirt....the best combo of killer icons since the Cobra-Decepticon mash-up tee. Which is of course 1,000 times cooler. But your is still good too.

Definitely on the blue.
Reminds me of an old photoshop i did, it is still somewhere on my hard drive. Batman standing over his bat-signal; except the symbol has been changed to superman's "S". The line I wrote was "ever suspect someone was after your job?" ... I have been thinking of drawing it for threadless; but it looks so great as a photoshop i dont think i could live with the lesser rendering... |

In response to ChrisK: Batman is of course worthy of far more than a measley superman symbol. I felt relatively guilty myself for posting it, but... you know... an idea comes, and even if it's somewhat blasphemous, it seems to want to be seen....

I like the b/r/y version, it adds extra emphasis on the super part so its not just misshapen batman
