I think that I'd get the idea of ninjas more if they were wearing headbands or carrying samurai swords on their back...cute though

yeah, it's sorta difficult to tell that they are supposed to be ninjas.

The aqua colour background reminds me of swiss cheese. :/ I think I'd like it better if the ninjas had different bodies, each with something ninja-like that was individual to them.

Sorry SketchPadPenguin, the ninja bit might not be important to you, but it's very important to alot of your audience. We like the design as is, but many people would like it much much more if they little guys were distinctly ninja-like.
