It is an exact graphical representation of a Russian "smotri, seychas vyletit ptichka" and is ":look, the birdy is going to fly out"
Used, of course to make little children look into the camera. |

i just wanted to say i really like your designs, i'm sorry i couldn't score any of your earlier ones.
If you gave this to a model, it'd be telling her, 'Look, you can be that chick who walked away from work u didn't want to be part of.'
;-p |
i wasnt thinking "smile for the birdie" when i saw this because the sign says "closed" im thinking "the peep show is closed" maybe?
..."Look at the birdy" is what my mom would tell me if I was choking... I don't know why, though. And yeah, I thought it had to do with the word "peep" too.

maybe the bird is supposed to chirp when the image is taken? so no more clicky sound?....that's far off though :P
Maybe because some people say "Cheese" instead of "Watch the birdie" :)
It's great anyway: 5$ for me ! Could try with a cheesy bird ^^ |
oh wow that's adorable. strange..i've never heard of that phrase before..?! usually it's 'cheese'..??? but i still like it anyhow!!!

anyone who had their picture taken as a child (like, at the studio... some parents are into 'professional' photos of their kids) has heard that phrase.
love the design! |
