I think the size is great. It makes it dramatic is a focused way without just being noticable because it's plastered on.

I'm not sure how I feel about the tank. I am a weird sucker for objects of warfare on shirts, but i wish the style of it was a bit different. Sorry that I don't have much to say specifically about how to change it though.

hm... i think the way the elements are rendered are a bit to different. the girl and the flame works together, but i'm not getting the tank... it needs something that relates it to the another part of the scene (i would say the flame, as that already can be related to the girl - both are done in solid colors, instead of cross-hatching).... maybe a partial outline? not encompassing the entire tank... but i still like it, don't get me wrong... :) i can't yet do this quality of work, so don't i guess you don't have to listen too closely to what i have to say. but i'm still gonna say it...

The way the tank is rendered makes it kinda foggy looking. It has the physical presence of something similar to a cloud. It does not have the demanding presence a tank should have. However, I like the colors, and the way it is rendered, if I think of it as a design element and not as a tank. But if you want it to be read easily as a tank, you might want to consider giving it a bolder presence.

And from a distance, it's pretty easy to see the tank. No one is going to be looking at your shirt that close up anyway [hopefully].
