About my design

by elleevee
design for my fictional film - Hamlet's Curse, an existential horror...

silver for noir, gold for sepia

I finished the final graphic on Friday the 13th which only adds to the spookiness

Well the spooky shows through.

Nice composition but the overall style isn't something I's wear personally.

this is very interesting- while following a spooky movie genre, you still have your own style to it. i'm not sure which ink color i prefer, but i do like them both....so...good job.

GOLD! Do not under any circumstances get rid of that text. That's one of the coolest elements. This is not the type of shirt I would usually go for, but I have loved this since the critique. 5

You know what this looks like to me? It looks like one of the tshirts a school puts out for the cast and crew responsible for one of their mediocre productions of MacBeth.

Really, this is a great design, but to wear this on a shirt... it goes against everything I stand for.

You still get a $5. Just stop doing this sort of thing.

I like the design, maybe without the text it would look more shirt-ey

I REAAALY LIKE THIS. I think it looks awesome with the text.

Maybe w/ more colors, or different colors?

But great as is...

it's a 'fictional' film poster. i'm trying something different and you can't stop me.

I think it's plenty shirt-y as it is...such a cool looking faux-poster, with the skeleton hand looking like its about to find a home on the wearer's neck being the extra blood in the pudding! The first 4$ i have given out in tonight's 50+ design scoring for me...

I like the text!!

Without the text, the shirt doesn't look as much like an old poster for a play, and looks more like typical shirt garbage.

Besides, Hamlet is awesome and so is [almost] anything with Shakespeare references.

:'( Don't take the text away.

in this instance, the text is really cool. when people say 'no text' it's because the design speaks for itself. but if the text is there to help it along, then it's fine....like in this design.

I don't know. I like the design, I just don't know about it.

You have to keep the text. Movie posters HAVE TEXT. i.e. "Let's go see that movie." "Sure, what's it called?" "I don't know, there's no writing on the poster." "Gosh!" Plus it would be kinda cool if people asked what Hamlets Curse was about. 5.

This was a fantastic design. I'm always amazed at what doesn't make it on here.

I would have bought this in a heartbeat.
