Well there are two lions toungeing each other, for starters. Another lion is sniffing a lion's ass, and it's possible the two lions in the bag are doggy styling. Haha. Plus the penis.

Nice idea. At first I was gonna say that it's not immediately obvious that they're gay, but actually I prefer it that way. First you realise they're all male lions, then you realise they're totally getting it on!

Uhm... I dunno. That's why I asked.
The 'eye-shadow' could just be shading, or it could be supposed to be eye-shadow. If it's eye-shadow, I think this design would be better without. The butt-sniffing thing is less of a clincher for me, but I was curious to know - if heterosexual male lions don't sniff the butts of female lions, why are these gay ones sniffing each other's butts? Don't get me wrong - I think this is a great design - subtle and clever and nicely executed. It's just that it would be sad if it veered into needless stereotyping and stuff. |

Nobody will get this, not some people. I like the pun tho, so maybe put some rainbow-colored type objects on them or around them, or just have the lions walking down a street kissing and having confetti thrown at them a la a gay prude parade! As is, it doesn't really lend itself as well as it could have to make the theme clear.

I've just thought... could we maybe see a purple version for the girls? Pink isn't subversive enough for us. :p Also, I can't wear light pink. Maybe even make it a really deep pink. But, y'know, there aren't enough purple shirts - redress the balance? It'd move my 5 up to a $5.

$5 for sure! Agreeing with everyone else on this, there is just enough subtlety to the design, but it's fairly easy to eventually realize what the shirt is trying to say.
Plus I don't own any pink shirts yet, so there's nothing holding me back from buying it were it to be printed :3 |
