I know that the penguin is dancing, that's why it is bent over a little bit.

It could come across as a hunchback of notre-penguin, though.

i think the penguin is trying to make friends with its feet. i like the idea but i think if i wore the shirt they wouldnt let me into the zoo for sake of animal confusion.

The penguin kinda looks like a hunchback. And evil hunchback with smiling feet.
