i like the idea but the kanji keeps changing =(
the top and bottom halves of it are switched around when you compare the example ninja with the one on the shirt design.

mosh, its because one is right side up as a label and the other is the way you would view it around the head.

This is a genius idea, but I just don't like the illustration on the T. It's too scrappy, difficult to follow, and garish.

I would prefer it was in the style of some old 70s Kung Fu instruction manual. Derivative, perhaps, but fitting.
