it doesnt have to look exactly like the fucking game, thats why they call it a tribute. Anyway nicely done, and as for the orange scribble i think you can work in your pop colour better if needed.

I think having both bits of text on the same side is throwing off the balance. I love the arrangement of the elements in the city and even the scribbley explosionish stuff. Perhaps switch the damage bar to the upper right? I wouldn't be sad to see the Threadless text changed to something else either. All the non-text parts are great. 4 as-is, with lots of 5 potential.
