I wouldn't be worried about a "racist issue", but it is kind of hard to see what is going on. But overall, I like it.

Nice concept and the colors are crazy and great. I still wouldn't get it b/c it's on black & I don't wear too much black, but it's good.

Racist is the wrong word, it's more like essentialist. Can we move past this 19th century colonialist bullshit please? People like this never existed and the people who they're modelled after don't appreciate being portrayed this way (namely, Papua New Guineans).
