It might be funnier if you had an actual mosquito drawn on the bottom hem crying or something :P Still kind of cute. Might be a little big on the shirt.

I would take out the dialogue and make the fake mosquito nose more obvious. If taking out the dialogue is out of the question, maybe change "muahaha" to "haha" or something. Feels a little...ominous as is.
