it's a cool design, but this whole harmless animal wreaking havoc on a city has definitely been done before... although i don't know anything about clamping plates, so they could possibly be the farthest thing from harmless

The car is in a different perspective than the toad and the man. This may have been intentional but it throws off the event for me.

It just looks placed in there (again maybe intentionally)...and it does look like Pandamonium.

The frog is nice but what I liked about your previous design was the incredible color combination. The hot pink with red was outstanding!
