The pun doesn't work in Chinese at all. Out of the context of the name 毛泽东，the character 毛 simply means feather, or wool. So your text says "feather money, feather questions".

Point of Clarification: I know the pun doesn't make sense when literally translated into chinese, but I am not entirely sure that Biggie Smalls was as popular there anyways, so it may be a moot point.
The characters were included for asthetic purposes [think to irritating jock tattoos], so I'm sorry if they've caused any consternation for the bilingual. Fun fact though, in cantonese, it sounds like "no money, no problems". [PS wenti is problems in chinese] Thanks / Sorry again |
