i had the same thought process as oldcircleeyes...and in my opinion, this is a great idea (hungry hungry hippos!) but i don't think the execution is making great use of the fantastic idea...what if you made the hippos (if they're hippos) look more like the originals (like horizontally prone with black levers coming out of their backs)...i like it.
