I remember as a kid, during thunderstorms, counting 'one mississippi, two mississippi' after I'd see the lightning, to see how long it would take to hear the thunder. I LOVE THIS |

i LOVE this idea...
i think that the lightning needs to be tweaked a little bit though, as it totally looks like the gatorade bolt... but reworked a bit, this could be stellar. good job. |

I like the idea of the lightning bolt and the "one mississippi" (yes, text is great here!), but as others have mentioned, the lightning bolt is reminiscent of gatorade...maybe a more organic bolt would better serve your design?
Really fresh concept, it should be printed in one form or another. |

There is an element of Gatorade here, but that's not really a design flaw, just an unfortunate coincidence. And something about the text makes it so much cooler.
