I love it! However any chance you could remove all the guff in the background leaving the bridge and beat box. Thats all it needs to make it brilliant!

The character is great. I'm less sure about the "scratch" "bleep" "bloop" etc and the skyline behind him. The character is so great that I find the rest to be somewhat distracting. Maybe kill the white text and clouds, and shrink the skyline a bit, or knock out some musical notes and lightning bolts in the skyline as well.

You might like guff but you've gotta cater for a global audience.
It's just to busy. The character and bridge are superb. Just stop there. It's enough. Maybe chuck in 1 or 2 notes but thats it. Don't get me wrong I love it. Just turn the volume down. |

It's not so much the guff, it's the white. It's pulling away from the character.
Heck, I'd like more guff, as I said (notes and bolts in the skyline). |

FRICKINAWESOME on Mar 26 '07 Great stuff for the contest and Threadless in general...i love the one piece of sidewalk jutted out with the boombox happily booming along...i can almost see it moving! I disagree with a lot of folks here as i really enjoy all the busy-ness of the design and the full sense of city life in the 80's. I just wish you made the whole design double its size as it should be as loud and out-there as the era the shirt is depicting. Still, awesome job and a 4$ for you!

I don't think the guff needs to be totally removed. Just lightened up a bit. Other than that I love it!
