Good concept, good message (as Huntsly said), but poor execution. Go with realistic hands, and slightly larger so we can see more iterations of the fractal.

I've thought about using realistic hands and tried it prior to this version and it looked really gross and completely drove attention away from the message. Somoene said there are lots of these on deviantart. Did a search and they all use realistic hands and they are kinda cool to look at but say nothing to the viewer. This more iconographic apporach lets you focus on the idea of spreading positive energy. And that's more of what i'm trying to get across. Also, showing one more iteration means blowing the graphic up to more than twice its size and was rejected as too big to print. |
