I think the pink is great. It's such a predominantly 'innocent' color that it works great with a GINGERBREAD person...who just happens to be a masochist.
The type looks like cheap fake script font and hurts the design. Could you try making it look like frosting? Creating it by hand and then adding a shadow to match the gingerbread person. |

I like .red.'s idea of making the words look like they're written in frosting. I would prefer if you dropped the 'please' but I can't say it actually bothers me, i just like it better without. Hilarious idea. It reminds me of the cookie sutra.
