I would suggest you put something like:
e=mc2 before your design, just to make it a little more clear. But I love it. =] |

It's clever, but takes some batman riddle-solving logic to figure out. I would suggest flooding the shirt around the slogan with tiney little bubbles with e=mc2 in them, so people will be able to figure out what you are getting at. Nice work tho with some subtle hints needed.

I actually read it as "mcinstmcin" the first time because I didn't register the 2's as exponents. Perhaps you should make the 2's smaller and the same color to unify the mc^2 part?
