Nice. The only thing I'd question is where/how does the arm cut off? It might look odd with just a harsh ending.

I agree with the arm cut-off comment. One possible solution: make the highlight on the hand define the hand and keep the rest of the hand as the same color as the shirt. That way you avoid the whole "where to cut off the arm" problem. Nice design.

um.this is freaking AMAZING!!! Incresdible feeling of size on the hand with the lighting backfdropped against the hand...gives new meaning of "he's got the whole world in his hands"! I LOVE this design on brown and near the shoulders which makes a great design even better with the awesome placement! I gotta give a 5$ for this one...great work!
