The reason I dont like this shirt is that I had no idea what it was before you explained it to me. Dont get me wrong, I like a good shirt that takes some thinking about, but people just wont get this. And it doesnt really seem like a whole "design concept", its just words. Maybe if you had a pattern or design to go with it... But I still dont get it.

I think its ironic for me to wear it because I was born in 86, and its that much cooler if it makes no sence whatsoever!

...yeah, I'm sure not everyone will get it, but thats just how the cookie crumbles. The 'design concept' is that its 'just words' - in the 80's didn't you have a t-shirt with massive slogan on it? It probably said something consumerist like 'REEBOK' in fluro colors... Katherine Hamnett redefined this with her political statements... ahh, but 'tis all conceptual maybe... next time I'll just draw a picture ; )

The song wasn't even released in 1981..Actually the band wasn't even a band in 1981....so i don't know about the concept all together...
