I drew the original ink work back in 2006, but finally wanted to put color and life into this monster.

OH DEAR GOD YES.
That was my favorite part of the movie, and I always looked for references online but could never find them.
You're my hero.

But as for the actual design, I'd love to see those crazy troll fingers incorporated into it somehow. Or at least a neck. The floating head makes the design feel too blunt.
