In anycase I like the design, simple image and easily understandable.

I use monitors like this everyday. It's not particularly realistic. That aside, I agree with the above comments. Your message is NOT clear:
huh? I don't get it.
Are you saying something about using such monitors in the home like a TV? If so, what is you opinion about that?
Is there any meaning to the poor status of this patient? Are you saying the TV is dying?

Sorry I hadn't typed in a explanation when I submitted this. It is not one of my best, I agree.
As for the statement I was making with this shirt is the state of culture itself.
What did you do tonight? Watch TV maybe or rent a hollywood movie?

Just a general statement--if a design needs a few sentences to be explained, then the image is most likely not being communicated clearly, and should be re-worked.

I got the jyst of what you were saying with this design.. but it's not my personal style.

I hate that channel...seriously there's a channel like that on the last channel of my cable provider, and there's always metal playing in the background.
