Love the concept. What would make sense for me is if the umbilicus and tree roots were "somehow, you know, connected."
I'm very fond of it being off center.

Well, this is interesting. Test tube babies, apparently one day we'll have Christmas trees that are all perfect and all look the same... because they're from a tube. Okay, so maybe to me it looks like the baby's in a tube, right? Or did I randomly just speculate something? Anyway, I give it a $5. I like this. :3

hey vogelgeist. you are correct the baby is in a test tube. a test tube baby from the tree of life. thanks for the comment.

I definitely agree with momay, connecting the umbilical cord and the tree root would make it even better, at least that's my opinion

4 all the same

love this shirt. Would buy it if it were made.

Agree on the root-umbilical cord connection.

$5 anyway because it's cool.

I like the idea of the umbilical cord as roots. It's a neat idea, however, I personally wouldn't wear it, but that's just because I'm odd and find fetuses rather frightening (it's insane, yes).

i don't want to get picky... but I don't think the Tree of Life is typically a pine tree!

cool idea though.

Maybe you can add a little detail to the tube, to make it look a little more 3d?? just a thought.

thanks for the comment jen. i did check the tree of life, but i wanted something more solid and striking thats why i went for the pine tree shape. and yes the tube probably needs a bit of work.

This random placement fad has to stop. Do people think they're "artistic" just because they don't put their designs in the center? Sorry for the rant, but it sort of chaps my ass. Anyway, I really dig the design and the color scheme. I think the umbilical cord/roots idea might be pretty cool.

I like it but the tree and the baby could be posibally a diffrent color

Adding the roots made it worse to me. For one, the baby looks like it has a few umbilical cords, which freaks me out. Two, tree's roots should be like this IMO: here.
Maybe make the one main root like the umbilicus and the have other roots branching off of it? Then it'd be a $5 for me.
