Doesn't the Phoenix rise out of ashes? Not the flame itself. It would be ironic, but probably less cool, if the phoenix was rising out of an ashtray, with cigarette butts and everything.

Im not crazy about this. Almost anything with an eagle reminds me too much of cheap Harley Davidson rip off shirts or patriotic tees. The Bic is perfect though.

i like it but for some reason the head of the phoenix makes me think of pokemon....i'm pretty sure that's just me though. anyway! good job!
