Shit, how do you get up and running so quickly. You only subbed this about 4 hours ago!!!!
brilliant though! Good Job. |

Hahahaha!! This is hilarious! And I agree with Luke, the "you da man" finger pointing is great!
$5 def.! |

Lol @ Tom. You sound like my old maths teacher - ("Do you mind telling me where you got these answers from?") - I inked the sketch by hand, then scanned it. Its all in the crit, which is right here.

superb work. a def 5$ It was a pleasure helping you through the critque section. Fingers crossed you win this one

wow! This is very clever and well drawn. I especially liked how you even showed the impression of his feet on the chair. Nice attention to detail!

Thanks guys. To anneddroyd, I wrote this previously in the critwhen asked about the chair...
I think the chair is an important element - because it not only gives the illustration more height - it eludes to the fact that these partying boffins are throwing caution to the wind and rocking out! Like boffins do. Plus, it gives more importance to the central character. :) |
|
Haha - thanks. It might not be anatomically perfect (stomach is probably a bit smaller in real life also), but I drew it so it was easy to understand what was happening. :)

I think it'd be funnier (and make more sense) if he was upside down and someone was pouring beer into the bong lol or a keg stand. but it looks good anyway.
|
|
Cheers guys. I thought about a bunch of possible beer funneling options and this was best for the composition! - you're right about cluttering the scene - I had to allow him to stand alone. Click here to see a flickr book example of a visible man doing a solo beer funnel!

Oh Sorry fatheed. I really hoped this one to reach 3000... We can hope "She Shouted" or "Plan B" or any other of your upcomming designs can break that barrier. Good luck man.
