I believe the concept might be that the carrots (darts) are strapped to the T-shirt.. so its a walking dart game with the rabbit..

i say lose the carrots or add them to another part of the shirt and take away the line over them... sleeve perhaps? i understood that the line over them was implying they were pinned through the shirt, but i think it takes away from the rest of the design.

Are the darts suppose to be going through the shirt? Because it looks bad the way they are now. The concept is nice, though.

about the carrots, perhaps it would look better if you added an outline to the part that goes over them?

i also say take away the strap over the carrots - too hard to see - or outline the strap, like if it's buttoned to the shirt or something.

Also, maybe add a carrot-dart sticking INTO the target near him, to make it clearer that's what's happening?
