Seriously though, this is neither a pro-smoking nor an anti-smoking design. Hell, it might not even be a cigarette he holds in his little bunny hand, but some kind of magical carrot summoning wand that, well, summons magical carrots.
I'll leave it to you to consider the meaning, but make sure you consider it in a way that makes you think, "Yes! $5!", rather than "Not cool man. 0."
And while you do that, I'm off for a cigarette.
