make a U-shaped space where the U should have been. Otherwise I think it's kind of cute. Maybe make the V a little less rounded on the bottom.

The title of the shirt makes no difference when you're wearing it around. Without looking at the title, I didn't get that U was missing. The V is rounded underneath and looks like a U. Also adding to the confusion is the other letter in many different colors. I don't know what the solution to that is. Letters all one color would be boring. I love that the letters form a heart shape.

Well, hmm. It's cute, but very busy of a design. Most people won't be able to catch it on just walking by. To clarify that the U is missing, perhaps do something like a dotted outline and make the V all angular. Also, if there was a way to place the U closer to the center, I'd suggest doing that. It is the focal point, in an inverted kind of way. The placement on the shirt is a bit high up and tucked away too. Bring it down to about where you'd place your hand while saying the pledge of allegiance or something, cause right now it's wrapping around the shoulder.

Yes, point the "V" at the bottom, it does look like a "U".

This is such a great idea! It isn't immediately apparent, but I think people would be able to get it without the title if they took a second. It would be nice if the V looked more like a V, but I think it's still obvious that the U is missing.

ok, i like the idea...but why not make it say something instead?? And the whole 'missing you' thing...cool idea, but unless someone explains it, i doubt anyone will get it

ugh, no. I really dislike this. Soooo cheesey and ridiculously trite. I can't think of a single person I know who'd wear this - and I go to art school for crying out loud.
to be constructive though - maybe put a dotted like square where the U should be or something. Draw attention to the fact that the U is missing so people will understand it. |

Well, obviously lots of people would wear it, because there are people saying they want it. It doesn't take that long to understand that it is an alphabet, and my eyes were immedietly drawn to the space where there is a "u" missing.
Though it may be a little cheesy, there is nothing wrong with that, and I think this is a cute idea. I'm not sure about the tee-shirt colors, though. None of them looking very good with the design. |

I like the idea and I think it is pretty clear that the U is missing. I also like the letters arranged in the heart shape, but I am not a fan of the colors of the letters. Would consider something more in line with the sentiment.
