I think the 'watery thing' ruins it for me...

and there are a lot of random shapes that don't need to be in there too...

The gun is pretty much unidentifiable as a gun (I thought it was an umbrella or something, and I'm a gun guy for chrissake) and the watery... thing... I dunno, it might look good on another design but it does nothing for this one.

Still gets a 3 from me for reasons I don't quite understand myself.

I think that since bioshock takes place in an underwater habitat the watery effect works. I do agree taht the gun looks a little strange
