fantastic illustration, no denying that.
A bit too literal of an interpretation of the theme for me; I have a feeling I'm going to get REALLY tired of seeing little girls with guns, just as I am sick to death of deer and guns. Okay everybody? its been done now, & done really well, so now no one else needs to submit it! |

grayehound on Mar 05 '07 you're easily one of the most under-rated and under-appreciated illustrators on here. you've never had a problem putting together an amazingly well executed image, but you have struggled with the amazingly original concept. this one is the best of your designs to date, but i agree with other comments made that it's a bit literal. still, no denying the artwork is top-notch and it looks great on a shirt...

wow that really gets me! but little girls shouldn't have a hint of a bosum. i'd wear it. it's nice, aand super detailed. but i guess others have something to say bout the concept :(. i like it

mezo on Mar 06 '07 Great great shading. I like your mix of sort of a woodcut style in the darker areas & the soft line shading of the lighter areas. What bothers me is the overly muted colors. They'd work together, I think, if the black ink were dark brown instead. Make sense? 4

This is definitely the best submission so far. I love the way it looks and I like that you kept it simple with the source material. I don't want a shirt to win that has nothing to do with the game like the other shirts. I would definitely buy this.

I thought Banksy too when I saw this, but I didn't think "rip-off" --since he mainly deals with black and white and mimimal detail. Banksy is the art-icon for our generation, so drawing from his work is no ish.

Yeah amazing shirt and probably shouldve won the bioshock contest, no offense to the winner who also had a great shirt, but this sorta looks like the one with the family who all have gas masks on and they're sitting in the room...could be wrong, not sure.

This is one of my favorite shirts I own....I completely saw the connection to Bioshock (very awesome crrepy game) the moment I saw it, I thought of this shirt....She's cute but oh so deadly!
