okay. seeing as not everyone knows the storyline of Bioshock, I can see why not everyone would get this submission. Rapture fell into chaos after the Utopian society discovered how to manipulate the genetic and physical features of humans. two men saw the power in this, and vied to overthrow the ruling power and each other. during and after the civil war, everyone mutated themselves to the point of becoming monsters to survive. so the severed hand with a rose pretty much visualizes how the Utopian society failed so miserably.
