The half-tone clouds look really different from the rest of the photo. I'd change to one style overall, but not have two different things.

I actually like that it has two differnt styles. It's groovy, and I even like the weird deer. That might be the best part; it makes the shirt funky!

I like how you've done the clouds, but I'm not diggin' the design as a whole. Neat concept though, and I like how you kept a monochromatic color scheme.

The clouds are odd. They seem like they're from a different design. I like the simplistic style that you used for everything else. Use the same style for the clouds. And I'd prefer the design to be much smaller on the shirt placement.
