Gayness is not only in your blood, it's also in your heart! Or ... the fact that you really like rainbows is in your ... heart. Either way, this stylish and artistic t-shirt will get you noticed and let your "true colors" shine through ... yes that's gay isn't it? But it's kinda the point.

I think its very bold and I love the colours but if you're going to have the ribs they need to cover the heart and then the heart needs to move so either keep the heart and build around it or anatomically correct the design.
Its a stunner in progress though.

Haha, I just got Caged in the mail. I think you made an outstanding and bold choice with the colors and for a heart-centered illustration I like it. It's weird that the heart is in the center, but I guess that makes this stand apart from all the other heart shirts. All in all its printable like this.

I like it the way it is. The heart can't be bigger and you need something to take up the rest of the space. That said, you can't put the heart behind the ribs or move the heart to the anatomical locale, because it is the whole point. 5$

maybe it's just me, but i don't think your colors=rainbow successfully. i like the idea, but the blue-green-red-yellow-black really doesn't do it for me.

it aint my heart. thats for sure.

i dont think many straight guys would buy this. so that limits how many will sell. i got nothin against gays. im just looking at this from threadless' viewoint. they're loking to t-shirts that will sell... a lot. so they're not going to pick something that will sell to a limited amount of people. they want a design that will sell to the widest variety of people.

as far as the desing goes, i think if you lost the rib cage, it would look better. but thats just my opinion.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but isn't this comment section about the design of a t-shirt, not the place for people to voice their ill-informed sales forecast on said item? How does anyone here know how well this is going to sell? They don't.

That said, the discussion that this design will or won't appeal to a "wide variety" of people is sort of a dead-end.

Ok, enough ranting.

I think this design is exquisite in its simplicity and execution. The colors and composition, also well-thought out. Is it anatomically correct? Perhaps not, but it's a t-shirt design, not a medical textbook.

I like the concept, but I think the heart's colors would be stronger on a black shirt. Also, if they were the ROYGBIV colors.

Unlike some people here say, the heart is pretty much placed in the right spot; only 2/3 of your heart is in the left side of your chest. Maybe the heart could be moved a little, but not much.
Personally I don't like rainbows very much, but I love the idea.

I like the shirt, but I don't see the gay connection. If you wanted it to be a rainbow, why didn't you include orange and purple? I see a cool shirt with colorful stripes, but I don't see a rainbow.

I think the rainbow color choices are great... The design of the rainbow is abstract and the colors follow in that theme while getting the idea of a rainbow across.

And in response to TimAssassin, the design does not scream "gay" by any means. It could just be a cool-looking heart in front of a rib cage.
