thanks! sure anybody that wants the shaded template just let me know. the little color boxes on the right are the colors used in the print not garment color options (i guess that is a little unclear now that i look at it.).

Nice illustration, nice presentation. I just can't say anything negative
about it! 5!

I just don't know. Good illustration skills but I keep thinking that if you put a basketball in it's palm it would look right at home on a "No Fear" or "And 1" Tshirt. Nice execution, but I can't get into it.

I hate red shirts, but the illustration is great. I would shrink it a bit though. If there's one thing wrong with MOST of the images on this site it's that the graphics almost always hang too heavy on the tee to be stylish and wearable. I would like to see that image on a gray shirt with yellow strip/accents.

thanks for the comments everyone. i don't really agree with MIJA but i do agree with mattsiah, most of the designs on here range from slightly to big to way to big. i think i fall into the slightly to big range. as far as changing the garment color, i would have to make the design tonal to the garment (to keep it under 4 colors) because the red in the design is the garment coming through. thanks for the honesty guys i appreciate it. for my last submission all the comments were positive, but my total score was shit. this time if i get a shit score at least i know what some of the problems are.

Your illustrations are core though, no need to add useless wording. A lot of people make up for mediocre art by adding extra graphics or text. You don't need that.

Franx, I posted this at another scoring (which is why we really need a forum of sorts) but I think a lotta people are maximizing their artwork to be seen as opposed to print size and perfect placement. So unless i think the placement or size are key to the design then I just judge on concept, creativity, and execution.

Joe Biam, same here. unless it's ridiculously huge and/or going over seems or off edges the scores i give have little to do with size or placement.

No Rulez, No Fear...Looks like it'll go over well with elementary and Jr. High boys, sell it at a Mervyn's, Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart...
