In the not so distant future, mankind descends into oblivion and is almost forgotten. They fall from the top of the food chain to the near bottom. Through evolution, homo sapiens shrink in size. Other species fill in the power vacuum void and flourish. In time, the descendents of the once awesome creatures, the dinosaurs, retake control of the planet. These super avians are much more intelligent then today's birds. And just before man's descent, these smart birds are able to acquire many of mankind's customs and beliefs. And in a twisted set of circumstances, it is now the young of the birds whom, once a year in the twilight hour, go out on the hunt for the young of the homo sapien; often garnished with a fresh layer of decorative paints for aesthetic purposes. These birds do not know why they continue this custom; that much is lost forever. Nevertheless, it continues onward for years to come; the Great Hunt.

yeah grayehound, it is quite large, but i believe the dimensions have been raised to 16x16, and after seeing "Rampage" (being sold since last week), my sub size definitely pales in comparison! that one is huuuggee-!

This is the kind of thing I search for on threadless. I love that it's only babies in the trees, because I think that if people were at the bottom of the food chain, we probably wouldn't live very long. Homo sapiens have no natural defense system, not even wings!

If this is not printed, I will lose faith in all of humanity. Or at least in threadless.

I thought C Bucholz would dig this, because this reminds me of the "star men in moon's milk" shirt i still gaze in amazement at whenever i open my closet door. LOVE the story, but would probably not wear this myself, but i love the amount of small detail going on within the picture and within your crazy head!
