I like the design for the most part, but the flowers look a little screwy. And the placement of the design looks a little off, too.

The tree is too detailed for the bear.

Methinks the flower is too distracting and large (and unnecessary!). The bear with the tree doesn't bother me; as JCD2712 said, the tree could possibly being lacking on its own. Try a different character, or make them both the same style (and extend the grass over). Nice work, though!

The tree looks great, the bear and flowers not so much (though I'd love some flowers done in the same style as the tree!) - could use a detailed shot too.
