Did you ever given a stencil as a kid and you just traced the whole damn thing on a sheet of paper??? No... really?... well I did anyway. Since so many shirts are stenciled on, I thought it would be cool to see this idea applied to a shirt. I thought it best if I kept it simple so I left it one color and made it look like it was actually traced on there.
Might also be a neat idea to change the color of a few letters so people are left trying to figure out what it is trying to say.
my only problem is that that doesn't look like a colour pen you'd trace the stencil with. i suppose it could be a brown felt tip, but who ever picked up one of those when they had the choise of another colour. needs to be maybe a tiny bit more sketchy, cos you always fucked up doing those stencils a little bit somewhere, especially if you did them with a biro.
Actually I did trace this with a felt tip pen on a shirt. I scanned it in and converted it to one color via photoshop. It's quite sketchy actually. The brown... well I just like the monochromatic color scheme.
