I guess I could put this in the Buck Hunter comp for a laugh but I can't really justify either contest.... I wish I could show the detail in this better; the slippers have fine detail that doesn't show at this size.

Anyway, I hope you like! I've been working on night on it... glad it's done =)

i really like this idea, i really like the shirt too

the only thing i don't like is the awkward jaggedy edges at the top of the legs. i don't have any suggestions on how to fix it. just do.

so for now, it's a $3, but it really could be a 5 with some changes.

(i love the socks)

great idea, very funny...
but i agree with brett f. ^
[as a solution you could draw more of the upper portions of the characters, and then simple fade them to nothing with a halftone, or increasing distress, although the distress option doesnt really fit the theme]

I like this design. I agree with the above comments about the awkwardness of the top edges. Maybe if you had lines that tapered off gradually it might look better (like showing/alluding to the businessman's sleeve, etc) The lines could also help distinguish his suit from the lady's skirt, cause right now their bodies kinda flow together.

At first I thought the Argyle socks were those trendy patterned tights instead... Any way you could add another colour to them? Pink/grey argyle might further highlight the weirdness of the man's feet.

I should have done this way earlier, but I revised this a while ago to fix the top of the legs.

You can look at it here if you want, even though scoring is finished and it's too low for Threadless to consider printing... but I'd like to know if you prefer this version:
