I think white as a shirt color would work better too. I'm also not a fan of the question mark but aside from that it looks insanely cool. I love the hair.

instead of the question mark bubble you could just put a little bitty question mark... or drop it altogether. his pose is inquisitive enough.
the design would also look better in dark grey, black or white. (in my opinion) |

Drop the speech bubble and it's ace. I'd prefer it on a different color shirt as well.

I like that the little person is saying something, but maybe instead of a question mark it could be a picture of a beer or a burger. Mmm, beer and burger... And the shirt color could be diffrent, maybe a gold, orange or brown.

I, like pretty much everyone else, hate the question mark. But the rest is fab. Good job!
