Really cool concept, but lacking in execution, sorry.

Actually I'm not sure that I think the concept is really very exciting. I never quite got the point behind it. The story behind this, if there is one, is far too hard too difficult to see.

i like the basic idea too, but not the pink/blue/yellow colors, and i think the design would look better placed differently-- maybe a longer double helix leading across the torso with the loop-the-loop closer to the left bottom corner, with one coaster car riding towards the loop in addition to the one going over the loop? just some thoughts. also if there's anything you can do to give it a little bit more 3-dimensionality, that might help

I'm going to annoyingly nitpicky here, but in terms of your DNA, you should have four colors of bases not three. Otherwise, I really like the idea.

nice concept!..I'm not a fan of the size of the design and it's not instantly understandable. It takes time for the viewer to see whats going on.

I think its a really cool idea, although I do agree with everyone else that the size/location of the design does not appeal to me. if you were to make it a little bit more realistic, I think people would pick up on it more quickly! keep it up

i would not have gotten this if it were not for the title.

I didn't even notice the riders until I read a post mentioning them. I think this could actually afford to be less technical and more abstract. The shape should be more like an actual coaster, or at least have more than one loop. And no (or less) clouds.

i really like the concept of the shirt, but maybe a different shirt colour would make it look less overwhelming...

agreeing with a lot of other posters here. I really like the concept but the coaster car and riders need to be larger or more contrast-y. Also, to add to the nitpicker, not only do you need four colors to represent the four bases, but they only match up in certain ways (A with T, and C with G... no other options)--so if you try a redesign keep that in mind.

I think the idea is strong, just use a bigger set of cars. One suggestion is maybe have two sets of cars, one for each side of the helix. Just a thought.

I would try to avoid the use of the double-helix. Sadly it's become to much of a cliche in reference to modern science.
