I like the illustration of the man's head but the "crown of storms" doesn't really work. Without the title I wouldn't have a clue what it was. Maybe keep the man and put him in a different scenario all together. Or make the storms clearer so it's obvious what they are.

I think the storm part needs to be a lot more obvious, like with clouds and rain and lightning bolts, the works. As someone before said, I wouldn't know what to make of it without the title. Sometimes that's actually a cool thing, but I'm just not feelin it here.
