Maybe so. My first instinct is to go on a light background pretty much always and perhaps to a fault, but you are right, this could look nice on a dark shirt... I'm new to designing for screenprinting. The designs come pretty easy, but sometimes I trip up over color. Thanks for the comments. I'll definitely think about that next time.

I like the linework and the illustration qualities of the mermaid, kinda wish there were only a few objects in there-less going on-a less is more kind of thing...but great job on the mermaid.
