eh i'm not feeling the placement too much, maybe try playing around with it and adjusting the size. otherwise, you're on the path to great design.

I agree about the placement, it's a little awkward as the illustration is an odd shape.
I've had a bit of a play about. You can see the new placements here. I've kept it to the right side of the shirt because the illustration bends that way, it just looks odd on the left. |

Maybe you could move it all to the right (directions from the person wearing the shirt) and up some, so the circle shapes curve with the shoulder. I think that would look nice.
