This is cool, I think i'd like it better without the white filling in the circle. Maybe just have the shirt color coming through.

yeah make the white a knockout. Also looking at the type of gun, for accuracy, it should be larger.

i like the gun size, it's more feminine and agree with konockin out the white....nice shirt....maybe make the hair less or leave it because it looks different.

Are you planning to do this in halftones? otherwise you have too many levels. knockout of that white area really is crucial.
