i'munna jump on the no-text bandwagon but i'll wager my alighting if the logo is redesigned.

I think both elements, logo and priest-guy, should be smaller on the shirt. Also make one bigger and one smaller. Let one of them win so that they can exist on the same shirt. I'm not crazy about the logo but if it has to be that way than I'd make it smaller.
